Dear Diary Journaling Pages For Kids

Kids don’t always love to write and it’s often a challenge to get more writing into their school day. Try out these journaling pages and you might find a kid or two who really loves writing about their day!

Personally I feel it’s important for beginning writers to have opportunities to write words without worrying about spelling. My kindergartener is just learning how to write words and makes a lot of mistakes. I’ll start working on her spelling soon, but for now I want her to become really familiar with the proper way to write letters.

Even my toddler wanted to “do schoolwork” and color on a page 🙂

I made three versions in different fonts so you can pick the one you like the most. Also, I made half sheets and full sheets so you can pick the size that works best for your kids.

Have your kids add some color and stickers to make it extra special. If they love journaling, they can create a whole binder to use as their own personal diary.
